Noslen Guerra , both of Miami, FL were arrested. BOWLING GREEN, KY — Kentucky State Police Post 3 Bowling Green was at Sam’s Club in Bowling Green Thursday, day in reference to a follow-up on an Identity Theft/Credit Card Fraud investigation, when two subjects, along with their vehicle,were spotted, who fit the description of possible suspects. Noslen Guerra , both of Miami, FL were arrested and charged with Theft of Identity of Another w/o Consent and Engaging in Organized Crime. They were booked into the Warren County Regional Jail.
